symbiosis

Not perfect, but i'm sure pleased with it. I think a smeared sumi-e style, or something like it, is the best way to give form to this character.... a friend said it looks like smudged charcoal, and i guess that seems a more accurate description of the final look. the girl, however, was a pain in the ass to paint.
